He is nonverbal, enjoys time outdoors, active in the community. He thrives with routine, patience, and a calm reassuring presence. Responsibilities Assist with personal care, including showering and hygiene support Prepare meals and snacks Light housekeeping and laundry Provide companionship and engagement throughout the day Accompany and support community outings and activities Encourage outdoor activities and recreation Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment Qualifications Reliable, patient, and compassionate Comfortable providing personal care assistance Ability to remain calm and supportive in various situations Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is helpful but not required—we are willing to train the right person What We're Looking ForThe ideal caregiver is someone who brings a calm energy, enjoys spending time outdoors, and understands the importance of consistency and patience.
