A Caregiver performs services for the clients as necessary to maintain the personal care and comfort of the client while in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with the plan of care under the direction and supervision of the NM Manager.

Hours:

Part-Time Tomah

• Monday-Friday 10 Hours a week: Mon-Thur 8am-9am and 4pm-5pm Friday 8am
• 9am and 5pm-6pm with the possibility of more hours. Lyndon Station
• 9 Hours a week: Mon 10am-1pm Fri 10am
• 4pm New Lisbon

Job Requirements:
