While each person is unique and has different care needs, below is a sample of supports you may provide while caring for the individuals we work with: Meal planning, preparation and packing Personal cares i.e. bathing, toileting, shaving, dressing/undressing, etc. Provide assistance with household chores including vacuuming, dusting, laundry etc. Medication management, supervision and documentation Complete required documentation, progress notes, medical charting, etc. Community outings and activities No experience necessary! We provide paid initial and ongoing training, in-home training, and client-specific online training. Benefits package (for those working 30+ hours a week) includes: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid Time Off 401k retirement plan Due to the sensitive nature of our business, applicants are required to have an acceptable caregiver background check, and in some cases have a valid driver's license, insurance, and access to a vehicle.
