Personal Care Worker (PCW) - Part-Time Days Christian Servants Home Care is currently hiring compassionate and dependable Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to provide in-home support services to clients in the Wautoma area. If you have a caring heart and a desire to help others remain independent in their own homes, we would love to hear from you. No experience is required. We will train the right individual and provide all the skills needed to become a successful Personal Care Worker.

Wautoma, WI Compensation:

$16.00-$18.00 per hour based on client assignment and experience

Part-Time Day Shifts Job Summary Personal Care Workers provide non-medical in-home support services, including companionship, respite care, meal preparation, transportation, housekeeping, medication reminders, assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), and other services that help clients remain safe and independent in their homes. Job Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly and disabled clients Respect and maintain client confidentiality Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including: Dressing and undressing Bathing Personal hygiene, including shaving, dental hygiene, nail care, hair care, and foot care Assistance with mobility devices such as canes, walkers, wheelchairs, and crutches Safe transfers and ambulation assistance Care of eyeglasses, contact lenses, and hearing aids Assist clients with self-administration of medications, including monitoring medication supplies and documentation Provide transportation and assist with errands, including grocery shopping Perform light housekeeping duties, including: Vacuuming Emptying trash Cleaning bathrooms Bed making and changing linens Laundry and general household upkeep Prepare and serve meals according to general nutritional guidelines, individual dietary restrictions, needs, and preferences Provide respite care services for families and caregivers Complete all required documentation accurately and timely Qualifications Caregiving experience preferred but not required Must complete a background check Valid driver's license with a good driving record Reliable vehicle with current insurance Reliable phone with voicemail Email access Compassionate, dependable, and professional Reliable attendance and punctuality Why Join Christian Servants Home Care?
