Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Workers (PCWs) for our second-shift team. The PCW will work closely with residents to support daily activities, medication management, and social engagement, while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
Pay:
$17.10 - $18.12 per hour Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Monitor and record vital signs. Administer medications as directed. Support residents' nutritional needs by preparing meals and assisting with feeding as required, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing routine cleaning tasks and adhering to infection control standards. Qualifications Previous experience in long-term care facilities, nursing homes, assisted living, or home & community care environments is helpful. Knowledge of caregiving practices includes assisting with ADLs, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring. Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities or dementia is advantageous. Contact 715-613-8930 with questions.
