Job Description

Community Horizons is assisting individuals in your area who are seeking the right Personal Care Worker (PCW) to join their self‑directed support teams. The members are looking for dependable, compassionate people who enjoy helping others live safely and independently in their own homes. About the Role Provide support with daily living tasks Assist with personal care, mobility, and routine activities Offer companionship, encouragement, and respectful one‑on‑one support Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and general household tasks Follow each individual's established routines and preferences Ideal Candidate Kind, patient, and reliable Comfortable working independently in a private home Willing to learn each person's unique support needs Experience helpful but not required—training provided Schedule & Pay Flexible part‑time or backup hours depending on the individual Paid training available To Apply If you enjoy helping others and want meaningful work supporting people in your community, we'd love to hear from you.
