Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Administer medication reminders and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare providers Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment Support nutritional needs by preparing meals tailored to dietary requirements Observe and report any changes in clients' health status or behavior to appropriate medical personnel Follow all safety protocols and care plans diligently to ensure client well-being at all times Experience Candidates should possess relevant experience in caregiving or healthcare environments, ideally including: Level II trauma center experience or hospital medicine background Emergency medicine exposure or experience working in high-pressure medical settings Experience caring for geriatric populations or patients with complex medical needs such as post-acute or sub-acute care Familiarity with outpatient clinics, inpatient settings, or teaching hospitals is highly valued Prior work in medical-surgical units, PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit), OR (Operating Room), or Geriatrics is advantageous Demonstrated ability to handle diverse patient needs across various healthcare environments including outpatient and clinic settings Join us to provide compassionate, professional care that transforms lives!
