Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary Support residents with memory care needs, including dementia and Alzheimer's care, utilizing behavior management techniques to promote safety and comfort Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring nutritional needs are met in accordance with dietary plans Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping duties such as cleaning resident areas and shared spaces Support residents' participation in community activities or outings, including driving when qualified and authorized Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to coordinate care plans tailored to each individual's needs Experience is preferred but not required: Provide free two day training, including CPR/First Aid Valid driver's license or state ID Be able to pass a background check
