Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using transfer belts. Monitor patients' vital signs and observe changes in health status, reporting any concerns promptly to healthcare professionals. Support clients with memory care needs, including dementia and Alzheimer's care, using specialized techniques to promote comfort and safety. Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, patient observations, and updates in compliance with healthcare regulations. Perform and maintaining a safe environment to promote overall well-being. Qualifications Prior experience working in home & community care settings or assisted living facilities is highly preferred. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, dementia, or hospice needs is advantageous. Ability to lift heavy objects safely. Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed care plans and document observations accurately.
