Daily Responsibilities Include:
Light housekeeping and home organization Laundry and changing bed linens Kitchen cleanup and basic household assistance Grocery shopping and approved errands Promoting safety, independence, and comfort in the home Observing and reporting client concerns or changes Maintaining accurate documentation and service records Communicating with supervisors, caregivers, care coordinators, and families Following HIPAA and confidentiality standards Supporting a respectful, positive, and client-centered environment What We're Looking For We're seeking caring individuals who are: Reliable and self-motivated Patient, compassionate, and respectful Comfortable working independently Organized with strong communication skills Passionate about serving seniors and vulnerable adults
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver's license Working cellphone Ability to pass: Background check Drug screening Ability to safely lift 25-50 lbs Ability to perform physical household tasks throughout the day Preferred Experience Caregiving or homemaker experience Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities CPR/First Aid certification Knowledge of home safety and aging-related needs Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on role. Team members should be comfortable with: Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching frequently Carrying groceries, laundry, and household supplies Performing physical activity for 6-8 hours daily Working indoors and outdoors in Wyoming weather conditions Work Environment You'll work in residential homes and community settings where kindness, professionalism, flexibility, and reliability are essential. This position requires independent work while staying connected with a supportive care team.
