Job Description

Community Services, Inc is recruiting for a Juvenile Justice Case Manager in Clarksville covering the needs for Franklin and Johnson Counties. This position is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the restitution/tracking program. Helps develop work sites for the restitution program and supervises such work. Responsible for tracking program. Will work evenings and weekends, as required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with various Juvenile Courts to develop referral system. Work with business community to develop work sites for the restitution program. Work with local governments to develop public work for the restitution program. Responsible for overall case management based on court referral and needs assessment. Supervises individuals placed in public work sites and/or victim sites through the operation of work crews. Maintain contact with individuals referred by the court for tracking/monitoring. Such contact will include face-to-face and telephone contact. Monitor individuals referred for electronic monitoring. Provide community-based services as required by the DYS contract and performance standards. Provide public relations presentations and engages in community outreach. Routine maintenance and cleaning of vans and lawn care equipment. Performs other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
Bachelor's Degree with experience in working with youth. Any combination of experience, training and education that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. CSI is and Equal Opportunity Employer.
