HOPWA Case Manager

JOB OBJECTIVE

To provide case management and supportive services to assess the needs of individuals and families seeking housing services to support housing stability and eliminate barriers to quality, equitable housing in compliance with the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) eligibility requirements. This position is not designated as a safety/security sensitive position and is not subject to random drug and alcohol screening. For a complete list of essential job functions please click HERE. These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Human Services Psychology, or a related area; three (3) years of case management experience OR social work experience working with the

HIV/AIDS

population or related area; two (2) year of computer experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. .

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Must possess a valid Arkansas Class D (Non-Commercial Vehicle) Driver's License before employment and maintain licensure for the duration of employment in this position Must be available to work evenings, weekends, to accommodate client work schedules.
