Day to day as a Case Manager As a Full-Time Case Manager at Dimopoulos Injury Law, you will work closely alongside attorneys and clients, forming the backbone of our client-centered approach. This collaborative role allows you to directly engage with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the legal process. Your expertise will complement our attorneys, ensuring seamless communication and efficient case management. You'll be pivotal in building strong relationships with clients, providing them with clarity and support while working towards a favorable resolution. What matters most To excel as a Full-Time Case Manager at Dimopoulos Injury Law, you must bring previous legal case management experience in a personal injury (PI) firm. Strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple cases effectively, while attention to detail ensures accuracy in documentation and communication. Proficiency in legal case management software is required, enabling you to streamline processes and provide timely updates to clients and attorneys. Excellent interpersonal skills are crucial for fostering relationships with clients and colleagues alike, as you will serve as a vital point of contact. A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a high-performance, energetic environment will also significantly contribute to your success in this dynamic role.
