Role:
Voyager Industries LLC is seeking a dependable and compassionate Lead Case Agent to support supervised parenting time. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping children and families while working in a meaningful Human Services environment. The Team Lead will oversee and assist with supervised visitation cases, transport children safely, document case interactions, and respond to urgent situations as needed. Candidates must be professional, organized, and capable of working independently and collaboratively with a team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of case management and ensure compliance with industry standards. Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support. Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to coordinate resources. Monitor case progress and provide regular updates to management and clients. Facilitate training sessions for new staff and ongoing development for the team. Maintain accurate and confidential case records in compliance with regulations. Respond to client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proven experience in case management or social services, preferably in a leadership role. Strong understanding of relevant regulations and best practices in case management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Compassionate demeanor and a commitment to client advocacy.
