Compensation:

$52,000

• $65,000 yearly depending on knowledge

Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims from initial intake through demand, ensuring each client feels heard and valued. Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers to gather necessary information and documentation. Prepare and review legal documents, including demand letters, with precision and attention to detail. Coordinate and schedule medical appointments, ensuring clients receive timely and appropriate care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, utilizing our case management software to track progress and deadlines. Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to strategize and optimize case outcomes. Provide empathetic support and guidance to clients, addressing their concerns and questions promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in pre-litigation personal injury case management. Strong communication and organizational skills. Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and client-focused. Self-starter and motivated. Spanish-speaking preferred (not required). A team player with a passion for helping others and a drive to grow.
