Responsibilities :

Serve as main point of contact for Car Accident clients. Set up medical appointments. Handle property damage claims from A - Z. Monitor case expenses and maintain accurate records of billing purposes. The responsibilities and qualifications described in this job description may be subject to modification based on changing organizational needs and priorities.

Requirements:

Minimum one year of experience working in a personal injury law firm as a Case Manager. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Great customer service skills. Friendly on the phone and in person. Strong knowledge of personal injury law and medical terminology. Must understand how to manage a case properly by understanding medical terminology, MRIs, orthopaedics and pain management. Must be detailed and organized.
