Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Surrogacy Case Manager to join our dedicated team at Flying Stork Surrogacy. As a Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting intended parents, surrogates through the surrogacy journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for intended parents, surrogates throughout the surrogacy process, providing emotional support, guidance, and answering inquiries. Coordinate and manage all aspects of surrogacy arrangements, including matching intended parents with suitable surrogates. Collaborate with medical professionals, attorneys, and other specialists to ensure legal and medical compliance throughout the surrogacy process. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all interactions and progress related to each surrogacy case. Educate all parties involved about the surrogacy process, potential risks, and legal implications, while promoting open communication and understanding.
Qualifications:
Must at least 2+ year of experience in surrogacy case management or fertility related fields. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate sensitive and emotional situations with empathy and professionalism. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. $48,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
