Case Manager Description:

Case Manager assists in the development of client objectives, reports on client progress, prepares clear and concise reports and interacts with caregivers, counselors and others. •

Driving and License Requirements :

Must have a good driving record and a valid California Driver's License. May be required to drive 9 passenger van.
