Full Job Description Benefits:
401(k) matching Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off We are a fast-paced, high-performing personal injury law firm seeking a skilled and highly organized Case Manager to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation referral. This is a pivotal role that requires legal knowledge, initiative, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage a high-volume caseload of pre-litigation personal injury files Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys Track and coordinate medical treatment, billing, and liens Review, organize, and summarize medical records and reports Prepare detailed settlement demands with supporting documentation Follow up on outstanding records, bills, and lien reductions Maintain accurate case files and timelines in case management software Assist attorneys in preparing cases for litigation if necessary
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' experience in personal injury case management (auto accidents preferred) Strong knowledge of bodily injury claims, medical terminology, and treatment timelines Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure Strong written and verbal communication Proficiency in case management systems (e.g., Casepeer) Familiarity with demand writing, liens, subrogation, and settlement procedures Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish or Armenian) is a plus Experience handling UM/UIM and policy limit cases Prior work with Lien Resolution, Medi-Cal, Medicare, and ERISA liens
