DUI Case Manager Hours:
Full-Time & Part-Time Available Purpose:
To provide Driving Under the Influence Program participants and Medication Assistance Treatment clients with professional mentoring, service, and guidance. Plan, Vacation Pay, Sick Pay Holiday Pay Required Capabilities, Competencies and Qualifications:
Experience and knowledge of providing alcohol and/or SUD-related services. Experience providing and managing case management services. Ability to manage participants through DUI and MAT services. Provide virtual group facilitation on assigned topics and teach alcohol education lessons. Knowledge and ability to implement MAT assessments. Capability to collect program fees and log payments according to agency requirements. Education and professional background in human services, education or health care discipline. Monitors participant activities, verifies documents and guides the participant to completion of program. Possess the skills to identify and refer clients to "outside" services when needed. Responsible for creating and coordinating case-load sessions for DUI participants.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations and client cases for the DUI program. Ensure client payments are collected and up to date. Facilitate groups, teach alcohol education and implement face-to-face counseling activities. Act as a client advocate and assist with resources and ancillary services. Execute core functions of Case Management as defined by the agency and Title 9. Conduct MAT and ASI assessments as needed. Facilitate participant enrollments, transfers, and re-instatements. Assess fees for Inter-program transfers, transfer-ins from other programs, re-instatements and/or transfer outs. Continuously update DUI and MAT resources, topics, curriculum for group and alcohol education sessions.

Starting at $23.00 per hour
