Our mission is to provide training & support necessary for those who participate in the services to achieve their social, recreational, vocational & residential goals. We're currently seeking qualified applicants with an interest in working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are looking for someone with excellent writing and time-management skills. Applicants must also have the ability to deal effectively with staff, clients and outside community. Must have experience working with developmentally disabled adults.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Set-up natural supports at the workplace Track and document billable hours Educate and assist clients with company policies and procedures Participate in clients' planning team to develop goals, objectives and natural supports Meet with clients to discuss progress Write reports on client progress Mileage + Incentive + Paid Personal Leave $750 hiring bonus after 60th day of full attendance (must work full shift to be counted towards the 60 days . SVS complies with Title VII and California's FEHA. Must obtain & maintain DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance, clean DMV driving record and pass a job related physical.
