  • We are seeking a bilingual (English/Korean) Case Manager to handle personal injury case files.
You must have prior personal injury case management experience. You must be able to manage 100+ pre-litigation personal injury cases at a time. Your duties will include initial client contact, opening/closing files, resolving PD and loss of use, scheduling medical appointment, requesting medical records, managing client's medical care, calendaring events, reporting claims to Medicare and Medi-Cal for lien resolution and health insurance.
