Full Job Description Overview:

Highway Law Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager with a minimum of three years of experience to join our rapidly growing team. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in guiding clients through all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury cases from initial consultation to resolution. Our firm is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services while ensuring that our clients feel supported and informed every step of the way. •

MUST BE FLUENT IN SPEAKING, READING & WRITING SPANISH

•You must be able to handle all prelitigation aspects of a personal injury case file.

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution, ensuring compliance with legal procedures. Communicate regularly with clients, including Spanish-speaking clients, to provide updates and address concerns throughout the case process. Gather and organize medical records, bills, and other relevant documentation for each case. Assist attorneys in preparing case summaries, demands, and other legal documents as needed. Monitor case timelines and deadlines to ensure timely progress and compliance with legal requirements. Handle, address, and reply to all case-related correspondences. Collaborate with team members to streamline case management processes and improve overall efficiency. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and documentation. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in case file management. Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
