Experience in a personal injury firm or a medical office with familiarity in medical terminology is required. The position also requires excellent communication and customer service skills. The case manager will be supporting our Litigation department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of a personal injury case from start to finish Determine clients' needs by conducting intake interviews Open claims and assist clients with property damage Initiate and coordinate proper medical treatment, work with medical providers to meet client's treatment needs Arrange additional resources such as transportation and translation services for clients Track client progress by analyzing medical records, maintaining client communication, as well as obtaining treatment updates from medical providers Ensure proper documentation and integrity of case files
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills Well organized and detail-oriented Be able to multitask and perform under pressure Interact with others professionally Personable and courteous with ability to build relationships with clients and professionals Critical thinker and problem solver Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
