Apply early to ensure consideration. 🏑 Lead Supportive Housing Case Manager Make a Meaningful Impact Join Ventura Housing and help formerly homeless residents build stable, healthy, and independent lives. As the Lead Supportive Housing Case Manager, you will provide case management, crisis intervention, and supportive services to residents at Valentine Road Apartments and other supportive housing communities. What You'll Do Provide case management, crisis intervention, and mental health support Connect residents to healthcare, benefits, and community resources Develop individualized service plans and goals Promote housing stability, recovery, and resident success Collaborate with property staff, service providers, and community partners What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field (Required) 4+ years of case management experience with vulnerable population(s) (Required) Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness and behavioral health challenges Valid California driver's license Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred) Master's degree (Preferred) Why Join Ventura Housing?
