• $55,000 annually (based on experience) ✔ Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance ✔ 403(b) Retirement Plan with employer match ✔ Paid Time Off (up to 160 hours based on tenure) ✔ Monthly retention bonus after 1 year ✔ Paid training & ongoing professional development ✔ Supportive leadership & team environment What You'll Do Oversee and monitor foster care placements to ensure safety, stability, and compliance Conduct home visits and environmental assessments Complete home studies for prospective foster providers Serve as a liaison between courts, county departments, schools, and foster families Coordinate services and advocate for children and families Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation and case files Assist with intake and placement of new children Facilitate and attend staffings, case reviews, and required meetings Participate in on-call rotation (evenings/weekends as needed) Requirements (Required•Please Read Carefully) Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field OR Bachelor's degree in a non-related field + minimum 2 years of relevant experience supervised by a Master's-level professional (per CDHS requirements)✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation ✔ Ability to pass background check and drug screening ✔ Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills ✔ Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

Schedule Monday-Friday:

9:00 AM
