Full-Time About Us Health Support Services is a leading Medical Lien Funding Company , working with personal injury attorneys, healthcare providers, and patients to ensure timely access to medical care after an accident. We provide funding solutions and manage medical liens with precision, transparency, and integrity. Our team is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Case Manager to oversee and coordinate personal injury cases from intake through resolution. Job Description The Case Manager will be responsible for managing personal injury lien cases, serving as the main point of contact between attorneys, medical providers, and internal funding operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication to ensure lien documentation, case updates, and funding approvals move forward seamlessly. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of personal injury lien cases from intake through settlement. Act as liaison between attorneys, providers, and internal teams. Track and update case progress, ensuring all lien documents and agreements are accurate and complete. Coordinate medical record and billing requests. Review, maintain, and reconcile lien balances in line with case activity. Communicate case updates to attorneys and providers regularly. Assist in negotiating lien reductions or settlements when appropriate. Maintain compliance with company policies, HIPAA, and confidentiality standards. Qualifications Prior experience in personal injury, lien funding, or legal case management preferred. Strong knowledge of medical liens, PI case workflow, and attorney/provider collaboration. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Familiarity with legal/medical documentation and lien processes strongly preferred.
