FULL-TIME CHILD WELFARE SUPERVISOR

What You Will Do JusticeWorks is seeking a Child Welfare Supervisor to lead and support a team of in-home specialists providing services to youth and families in need. This role focuses on mentoring staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining strong community partnerships. Key Responsibilities Provide weekly individual supervision, including case reviews and performance evaluations Support staff development and performance management, including documentation and training Assign referrals in accordance with program standards Attend meetings and court hearings with staff, as needed Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders Transport clients using a personal vehicle, as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Psychology, or a related field and 2 years of relevant experience (preferred) OR High school diploma and 4 years of relevant experience Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle Ability to pass required clearances and drug screening Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision & Wellness Program 401(k) with company match Company-paid life insurance Short-term & long-term disability (company paid) Tuition reimbursement Paid time off & paid holidays Employee referral bonus Clearance reimbursement & renewal JusticeWorks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Similar jobs in Denver, CO
