- Position Summary
- This position offers a $5,000 New Hire Bonus!
- Candidates must be located in Miami-Dade County, in or near Hialeah (zip codes 33010, 33011, 33012, 33013, 33014, 33015, 33016, 33017, or 33018).
- This role will require 50-75% travel for face-to-face visits with members in Miami-Dade County.
- Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Standard Business Hours.
- Required Qualifications
Bilingual:
(English & Spanish)- 2+ years of experience in Behavioral Health or a Long-Term Care setting
- Must reside in or near Zip Code 33010, 33011, 33012, 33013, 33014, 33015, 33016, 33017, or 33018
- Willing and able to travel 50-75% of their time to meet members face to face in Miami-Dade County and surrounding areas in Florida.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required
- Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and effectively adapt to a fast-paced changing environment
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Managed Care experience
- Case Management and Discharge Planning experience
- Education
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Social Work or related field required
- Anticipated Weekly Hours
- 40 •Time Type•Full time •Pay Range•The typical pay range for this role is: $21.
