Job DescriptionRole OverviewThe Manager of Senior Case Management (Negotiations & Settlements) is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving team performance, settlement outcomes, and operational excellence within the firm's personal injury practice. This position oversees a team of senior case managers and is accountable for meeting aggressive settlement targets, maintaining high-quality client service, and building a scalable, results-driven department.
This role is fully on-site in Miami Lakes and is designed for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment and is motivated by accountability, measurable results, and team development.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of senior case managersDrive monthly settlement performance and ensure achievement of departmental KPIs and targetsConduct regular one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluationsMonitor pipeline, case progression, projections, and closing outcomesHold team members accountable to productivity, quality, and client service standardsOversee the full lifecycle of case management, including client communication, negotiations, documentation, and settlementsHandle escalated client matters and ensure timely, professional resolutionAnalyze performance data and generate reports to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesImplement and maintain quality control standards through audits and process oversightIdentify operational gaps and drive workflow improvements and efficienciesDevelop internal talent, build leadership capability, and support succession planningParticipate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new team membersEnsure compliance with firm policies, legal standards, and internal proceduresWork EnvironmentFull-time, on-site position based in Miami Lakes, FLFast-paced, high-performance environment with measurable goals and accountability standardsCollaborative team setting with a strong focus on results, continuous improvement, and client outcomesRequires the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needsOccasional weekend availability may be required for training or business needsBenefitsCompetitive salary ($85,000 - $125,000 annually) plus BONUSPerformance-driven environment with opportunities for advancementProfessional development and leadership growth opportunitiesCollaborative and high-impact team cultureOpportunity to play a key role in a growing, nationally expanding law firmApplication ProcessApplications are open to qualified candidates with relevant legal or insurance experience.

QualificationsQualifications and SkillsMinimum of 2+ years of management experience in a performance-driven environmentMinimum of 2+ years of experience in personal injury law and settlement negotiationsProven track record of leading teams and consistently meeting or exceeding performance targetsStrong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsData-driven with the ability to analyze metrics and drive decision-makingExperience with case management systems (Litify preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesBilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required
Additional InformationPaid Time Off:
All employees who work 30 hours per week and above qualify for Paid Time Off. You will accrue a total of 4.62 hours per pay period for a total of three (3) weeks per year.Health Benefits:
All employees who work 30 hours per week and above will be eligible for benefits starting on the 1st day of the month following their start date. The firm covers a fixed amount which typically covers 40 - 65% of the employee premium, depending on the selected plan. The medical insurance plans include options for national coverage and free mental health services. There are also dental plans (with unlimited coverage) and vision plans to choose from at the employee's expense. Disability Benefits:
All employees who work 30 hours per week will have Short-term and Long-term Disability benefits, paid for by the firm.Life Insurance:
For all employees who work 30 hours per week and above, the firm provides 1X earnings life insurance coverage paid for by the firm. In addition, you will receive a Firm paid accidental death and dismemberment benefit that matches your life insurance coverage.

All employees who work 30 hours per week and above qualify for the 401(K) plan. After the employee completes one year of service, the firm will match 100% of the first 3% of employee contributions and 50% on the next 2%, with immediate vesting.
