Miami, FL Job Details Full-time From $18 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Multilingual Sales HIPAA Filing Medical administrative support Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Case Manager and Insurance Relationship Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, facilitating insurance processes, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in sales, and the ability to analyze client needs effectively. Multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as they will enhance our outreach and service capabilities. Responsibilities Case Management Support (Authorization and Compliance for each client): Update authorization information in Office Puzzle (OP). Manage approvals and denials and coordinate appeals. Communicate with parents regarding documentation to always keep them current. Ensure BCBAs submit the required documentation (e.g., BASC, Vineland, initial/reassessments). Oversee client files to confirm referral letters, CDEs, medical necessity forms, and other key documents are updated and unexpired in the portal. Send out parent surveys to gather feedback on service quality Follow up with parents through surveys to check satisfaction and find improvement areas Collect and review parent survey responses to enhance services
Agency Insurance Relationship:
Coordinate communication with insurance companies to ensure smooth information exchange within the agency. Manage provider credentialing and add providers to insurance rosters for participation. Handle billing-related calls and projects, providing updates to the parties responsible in a timely manner. Office Puzzle and Administrative Support Assist in office staff training to support consistent procedures and service quality Provide general office support by handling calls, emails, and other tasks assigned by the agency.
