Full Job Description Position Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Case Manager to join our team in our client care department. The Case Manager will be responsible for managing an assigned client base, providing personalized customer service, and ensuring a successful resolution of their financial challenges. This position is client-focused and requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned group of clients, providing personalized support and guidance throughout their financial difficulties resolution journey.
Documentation and Case Updates:
Keep detailed records of client interactions, agreements, progress, and updates in the company's CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Customer Support and Education:
Provide ongoing customer support by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering advice on.
Progress Monitoring:
Monitor the progress of clients' debt settlement plans, ensuring they are on track with their agreed-upon strategies and adjusting plans as necessary to reflect changes in the client's financial situation.
Conflict Resolution:
Address and resolve any disputes or challenges that clients may face during the debt reconciliation process, offering solutions in line with company policies and client needs.
Client Retention:
Focus on building strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term success, leading to high retention and positive client feedback.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments (e.g., collections, finance, legal) to resolve any issues and streamline processes, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, case management, or client-focused financial services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive financial matters empathetically. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and cases effectively. Problem-solving ability and adaptability to handle complex client issues.
