What You'll Do:

As a Case Manager, you'll be the driving force behind case progress from intake to resolution, supporting clients and attorneys with compassion, clarity, and consistency.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a high-volume caseload of pre-suit and litigation personal injury cases Drafting and sending demands and settlement documents Ordering and reviewing medical records and bills Communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters Updating tasks, notes, and documentation in the case management system Ensuring all files are accurate, complete, and moving toward resolution

What We're Looking For:

We're searching for someone who: Has 2+ years of experience as a Case Manager at a personal injury firm (required) Is accountable and reliable Is highly organized, focused, and thrives under pressure Knows Microsoft Office and is comfortable navigating case management software (knowledge of Filevine is a plus!) Speaks clearly and confidently with clients and professionals Bonus points: Is bilingual in

Full-time, in-person role Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:30 PM This is NOT a remote position
