CDS Family & Behavioral Health Services, Inc. has a career opportunity in the health and human services field working as a FT Counselor / Case Manager for our Family Action Program in the Putnam County area. We are looking for professionals to work with at-risk youth and their families, providing excellent counseling services and developing partnerships through collaboration with organizations in the community. If you are dedicated, passionate, and have a genuine desire to positively impact the lives of youth and their families, we encourage you to apply. Qualified candidates will possess the following skills and experience: Qualified candidates will possess the following skills and experience: Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or other behavioral sciences preferred. Experience in counseling children, adolescents, providing family interventions and parenting education. Strong background in counseling and experience in functioning as part of an interdisciplinary team preferred. Working knowledge of family systems, case management interventions and adolescent development preferred Experience working in crisis stabilization/ intervention preferred. Previous experience working with adolescents and at-risk families.
