  • Comfortable working in a remote environment High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of administrative, customer service, or case management experience
  • Phone and email communication skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) Preferred (Not Required)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience in timeshare, solar, or legal support
  • Paralegal Experience a plus Case Management Assistant for solar and time-share contracts Monday-Friday 10 am-5 pm
Compensation:
$20 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Full-time, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break About the Role
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Case Management Assistant to support our team in handling client files related to timeshare and solar contract terminations. This role involves client communication, document collection, and CRM management to ensure cases move efficiently. Responsibilities
  • Contact clients to schedule and confirm calls
  • Follow up via phone and email to collect required documents
  • Maintain accurate notes and updates in HubSpot (calls, emails, tasks)
  • Organize and manage client files
  • Track case progress and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Assist Case Managers with onboarding and case coordination What We're Looking For
  • Someone reliable, organized, and proactive who can keep cases moving and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • This is a support role with opportunity for growth into a Case Manager position.
