Job Description

We are seeking Case Managers to support a housing assistance program by managing applicant cases from intake through closeout. Successful candidates will be organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with technology, and capable of managing multiple cases while meeting deadlines and production goals. These are full-time, onsite positions based in Clearwater, Florida. The project is expected to last one year, with the possibility of extension. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm. Occasional evenings, weekends, and local travel may be required. Responsibilities Manage assigned cases from application through closeout. Review documentation, research missing information, and verify eligibility requirements. Communicate with applicants by phone and email to obtain required information and provide status updates. Maintain accurate records and document all case activity in program systems. Prepare and issue required program correspondence and contracts. Coordinate with internal teams to support pre-construction, warranty, and closeout activities. Monitor case progress to ensure timelines, production goals, and quality standards are met. Follow established program guidelines and procedures. Identify and escalate issues that may impact case progress or applicant experience. Support process improvements and perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements Associate degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of professional experience in a role requiring customer communication, documentation review, data entry, and problem-solving. Strong research, problem-solving, and information-gathering skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines. Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems quickly. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach. Experience managing a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail preferred. Familiarity with FEMA programs, mortgage, housing, insurance, construction, or disaster recovery programs preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Valid driver's license and ability to pass a Level 2 FDLE background check. Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred. Compensation $20-24 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits offered.
