This is a hands-on, A-to-Z role working closely with your dedicated legal assistant and lead attorney on your own case load, managing files from intake through resolution—including cases that proceed into litigation. The overwhelming majority of your case load are pre-suit personal injury auto claims. Key Responsibilities (you and your legal assistant): Manage a full caseload from intake through settlement/litigation Verify insurance coverage, medical treatment, and benefits Gather and organize medical records and bills Evaluate and discuss coverage limits, property damage, and treatment plans with clients Prepare settlement brochures and closing statements Handle bill reductions and lien resolution Collaborate with the legal team and review files with the lead attorney

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Compensation:

The posted compensation starts at $21 per hour, however, salary is not capped at $21 per hour. Each candidate's compensation will be evaluated based on their prior work experiences and ability to independently handle a personal injury caseload with a dedicated legal assistant from inception through file closure.
