Job Description

Position Overview Alpha Omega Miracle Home is a faith based nonprofit dedicated to walking alongside young single mothers and their children. We are seeking a compassionate, Case Manager to provide holistic guidance, resource navigation, and emotional support. This role focuses on helping families move from crisis to long-term stability in a nurturing, faith-based environment. Key Responsibilities Client Intake & Assessment Conduct initial assessments of young mothers' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Establish personalized, goal-oriented self-sufficiency plans with each family. Maintain confidential, accurate, and up-to-date client files and progress notes. Advocacy & Resource Navigation Connect mothers to housing, childcare, healthcare, education, and employment opportunities. Accompany clients to critical appointments to advocate for their family's needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with local community partner networks. Mentorship & Spiritual Support Provide trauma-informed emotional support and prayerful encouragement to clients. Facilitate life-skills classes covering parenting, budgeting, and healthy boundaries. Foster a safe, non-judgmental community space for young mothers to connect.
Qualifications & Skills Faith Alignment :
Active, personal Christian faith and commitment to the ministry's mission.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field preferred.
Experience :
Minimum of 2 years working with at-risk youth, young adults, or families preferred.
Knowledge :
Deep understanding of trauma-informed care and local social service systems preferred.
Attributes :
High emotional intelligence, strong boundary-setting skills, and excellent documentation and communication skills.
Logistics :
