The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of personal injury law and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. This role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while supporting attorneys in all aspects of case preparation and management. Duties Manage case files and maintain accurate records using document management systems. Perform document review and ensure compliance with legal standards. Interview clients to gather pertinent information for cases. Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties involved in personal injury claims. Organize case files and maintain an efficient filing system for easy retrieval of documents. Provide executive administrative support to attorneys as needed. Qualifications Proven paralegal experience in personal injury law. Strong research skills with proficiency in legal research databases (LexisNexis, Westlaw). Excellent writing skills with experience in legal drafting, proofreading, and transcription. Ability to manage projects effectively while adhering to deadlines. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and clerical tasks. Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism through phone etiquette and client interactions. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
