Our practice is dedicated to evaluating and treating acute pain associated with soft tissue injuries. We are professional, challenging and collaborative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to clients, attorneys, and providers including implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of services. The Case Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and other service providers in order to ensure the most effective delivery of services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury care or a related field and excellent communication skills.
