  • Contract The Renewal Group is seeking to expand its growing agency.
The Renewal Group is a Georgia Provider of non-intensive CORE Services for Adults, Children and Adolescents. We are dedicated to providing behavioral health services for families and children. Our philosophy consists of identifying the community services and support that a family or individual may need. We are seeking Case Managers in the Atlanta area to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Must have reliable transportation as services are primarily community based. Ability to create progress notes in B.I.R.P.(Behavior, Intervention, Response, Plan) format Demonstrate the ability to implement
S.M.A.R.T.
(Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time Measured) treatment goals, objective and intervention throughout client treatment. Ensure compliance with all TRG Policies and Procedures, DBHDD, CARF and ASO Collaborative requirements as well as Local, State and Federal regulations. High degree of interpersonal skills and ability to empathize with and encourage maximal effort from a varied patient population. Provides educational and other information to better assist client in defining goals and implementing action plans to achieve personal, social, educational and/or vocational development and adjustment. Prepare and submit progress notes, MRO's to appropriate parties accurately and in a timely manner as required by agency. Conduct skills based services with assigned client according to their Individualized Resiliency Plan (IRP) Respond in an appropriate and timely manner to family/guardian and patient's concerns Provide problem identification, crisis interventions, and individual and/or family skill building services to assigned clients Update and maintain accurate client information and records. Ensure compliance with confidentiality guidelines
Skills:
Knowledge of community resource linkage. Ability to assess crisis situations and intervene appropriately. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work flexible and hours which are required.
Required Education:
Must hold a GED, Highschool Diploma or at least a bachelors degree. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Interested applicants that meet the requirements can email their resume to director@rctcinc.com
