This role is responsible for handling consumer communications on legally active accounts, negotiating resolution opportunities within established guidelines, and executing litigation-stage recovery strategies in accordance with firm policy and applicable legal requirements. This position requires strong experience in creditor's rights litigation workflows, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently in a structured legal environment. Candidates must be capable of managing high-volume accounts while maintaining strict compliance, accurate documentation, and professional communication standards. A strong working knowledge of FDCPA, Regulation F, and applicable state and federal debt collection laws is required. The successful candidate must consistently apply legal and compliance standards in all consumer interactions, ensuring adherence to firm policies, client requirements, and regulatory obligations. Accurate documentation, confidentiality, and disciplined execution are essential. Prior law firm experience is strongly preferred. Experience Required A minimum of five (5) years of experience in creditor's rights litigation collections, post-judgment recovery, law firm collections, or legal receivables operations is required. Compensation $23.00-$28.00 per hour, based on experience, plus full benefits and a robust incentive program tied to performance.
