Senior Immigration Case Manager (Paralegal)
Location:
Gainesville, GA (In-Office)Compensation:
$70,000 + DOE We are looking for an experienced immigration paralegal who can confidently handle EOIR and USCIS cases and help guide clients through some of the most important moments of their lives. This role is ideal for someone who already understands immigration processes and wants to work in a firm where their work directly impacts families in our community. Key Responsibilities Work on immigration cases for Immigration Court, USCIS, and Consular Posts Track deadlines, filings, RFEs, court dates, renewals, and follow-ups in Clio Make informed judgment calls regarding case flow, priorities, and next steps within established firm processes Coordinate workflows between reception and other staff to ensure accountability, follow-through, and timely completion of work Review case files, forms, and filings for completeness and accuracy Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and government agencies in English and Spanish Flag legal, procedural, or deadline-related issues early and escalate as needed Maintain accurate and current case statuses to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Use sound judgment to resolve routine case-flow issues independently, escalating to the attorney when necessary Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of immigration law experience (EOIR and USCIS) Strong written and spoken English and Spanish (must be fluent in both, with the ability to draft clear, professional client communications and legal documents) High level of comfort with technology (Clio, case management systems, PDFs, e-filing) Incredible attention to detail Ability to self-manage priorities, take initiative, and work independently with minimal supervision Compensation & Benefits $70,000-80,000 per year, depending on experience Generous paid time off Paid holidays 401K Why Join Holden Law Firm Holden Law Firm's work is guided by four core values: Compassionate Advocacy, Integrity in Relationships, Attentive Service, and Excellence in Legal Work.
