Job Description

Location:

Pay Rate:
$18.70 - $21.63/hour
Job Description:
Provides a broad range of social services to clients and their families. Participates in treatment team planning and performs crisis intervention. Assists in dealing with personal and social problems. Serves as a liaison for social services. Will perform case management duties.
Job Responsibilities:
Will work Monday-Thursday @ 10-hour days
Competencies:
Knowledge of diagnostic impressions or criteria. Knowledge of how client advocacy system operates. Knowledge of individual and group therapy techniques. Knowledge of various therapeutic models and interventions as directly related to area of assignment. Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma and 3+ years customer service experience, preferably in human services, with one year case-management experience; bachelor's degree in helping field to qualify for level IV. Must be 21 years old to apply. Must have a valid in-state driver's license, provide current registration and insurance and have a driving record with no more than 6 points. Experience with or knowledge of trauma informed, resilience-oriented care preferred.
