Outreach Screening Counselor (Full-Time)

The CENTER for Human Services, a leading provider of behavioral health care services, is seeking an Outreach Screening Counselor. (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

Complete screenings to determine client eligibility for services in the Outreach Program Complete intake requirements in the Outreach Program Provide a variety of counseling and community support services with the emphasis on outreach services with children, adolescents, and their families within the community Coordination with schools and local community organizations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field required Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field preferred Credentialed as an MHP (Mental Health Professional) in the State of Illinois required Experience in community behavioral health preferred Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills Must have reliable transportation and a valid Illinois driver's license

Salary Range:

$19.50 - $24.50 per hour
