PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY PAY
$60K- $85K TORKLAW is a growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm focused on providing high-quality legal representation and outstanding client support. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager who is passionate about helping clients and keeping cases organized and progressing efficiently. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, thrives in a collaborative environment, and can confidently manage multiple responsibilities throughout the pre-litigation process.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Case Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from inception through settlement Maintain organized and accurate case files, records, and documentation Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other involved parties Assist with drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence Gather and organize medical records, bills, evidence, and other case-related materials Coordinate medical treatment and assist clients throughout the claims process Handle property damage claims and assist with lien negotiations Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines, milestones, and follow-ups are completed timely Work collaboratively with attorneys, and support staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution Provide compassionate and professional client service while managing sensitive situations with care and professionalism
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury Proficient with standard office and productivity software Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to navigate challenging situations professionally Professional, personable, and client-focused demeanor Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required Prior litigation experience is a plus
