The paid training you need to learn, grow, and succeed!Essential Functions:
Provide case management for the clients. Responsible for encouraging, monitoring, and maintaining a therapeutic environment. Responsible for outreach to other agencies to increase referrals and engagement from the community. Assess the client's ability to meet admission criteria and placement. Compete intake packets for admission into program. Schedule intakes and walk-throughs. Conduct weekly discussions with clients regarding program fees. Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity,treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizationsand/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest, and fair manner.Position Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Background check clearance required. Annual TB test required. Ability to effectively utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) as it an essential tool to complete clinical documentation and other job functions. Ability to utilize NOWPOW to conduct case management for the clients. Customer Service experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing. Excellent organization, presentation, and pc/computer skills, including experience usingMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Work) Valid driver's license, in good standing for the state of residency preferred. Access to reliable transportation preferred. Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury, and property damage preferred.Similar remote jobs
