About Us Rutledge Youth Foundation is a nonprofit agency providing foster care, intact, intensive placement services, independent living and therapy services for youth and their families in Springfield and central Illinois. Our mission is to assist abused and neglected youth in becoming productive, independent members of society. Job Summary Part time Case Aide starting pay $15 per hour plus mileage! This position is great for college students, Rutledge will work around your school schedule. Potential to become full time and become eligible for the following benefits: health, dental, vision insurance life insurance employer match IRA parental leave bereavement leave vacation, sick paid holidays Both full time and part time staff have flexible schedules for work/life balance. Family Support Specialist provides transportation and supervision of visitations between youth and families involved in the foster care system. Responsibilities and Duties Provide transportation to youth and families Provide supervision of visitations between families Provide documentation of the interactions of the families within the visitation Coordinate with families and other professionals Qualifications and Skills Must be 21 years of age Must pass a DCFS background check and have an approved driving record Must have reliable transportation and proof of automobile insurance Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills Ability to be flexible with scheduling Ability to work well as a member of a team
