As a multi-state organization, we have over 1000 committed and caring/compassionate employees working in multiple impact areas. The Supportive Services Manager is responsible for all case management and supportive services provided to clients. Specifically, Incumbent ensures that the case management team delivers services to clients in a manner which is consistent with professional standards of case management, the contractual requirements of the funding sources and the policies, guidelines and shared Values of Volunteers of America of Ohio and Indiana. The Supportive Services Manager will be eligible for VOAOHIO's comprehensive benefit package including company paid life insurance and LTD, paid time off, medical, dental, vision and a 403b with match. We are looking for people that can handle an ever changing environment and demonstrate flexibility, strength in character, and a willingness to help in any way possible. Bachelor's Degree in a human services' field with three years of related experience. One (1) year of previous managerial experience is required. Previous experience working in a residential setting is highly desired. Demonstrated skills in the following areas are critical: Case management, personnel management; and oversight of a performance measurement system.

Compensation:
$50,000.00
