Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health case management or a related field. Experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness preferred. Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. CPR and CPI certification preferred.
